We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join a leading and competitive team – our Central Eastern European Marketing Community.

What Does Success Look Like in This Role?

The Junior Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies and programs across the Central Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, RO, HU, SK) region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEE Marketing team in implementing regional marketing strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Support planning & execution of end-to-end campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams across five countries (PL, CZ, RO, HU, SK);
• Contribute to digital marketing projects.
• Local Marketing Projects support;
• Participate in market-specific initiatives to address local needs while maintaining regional consistency;
• Provide operational support for events, sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility.
• Planning & Reporting.

A bit about you:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in marketing or related roles

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO basics, social media platforms, AI).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work productively and maintain effective relationships within multidisciplinary and remote multicultural teams.
