• More than 20 years of experience in design and engineering.
• Active in several domains of multi-disciplinary projects, with 3 Global Business Areas – Mobility, Places and Resilience
• Major focus on Digital, in fields like BIM, Digital Twin, Data analytics and automation.
  

Role accountabilities:

• Designs, calculations, sketches, 3D modeling, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Developing proficiency in REVIT and other software used in the design process.
• Performing the tasks within the agreed-upon budget and schedule.
• Preparing reports and presentations directed by senior engineers.
• Follow company standards and procedures including design and checking.
• Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (report, 2D plans, schematics, sections).
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in building services.
• Good knowledge of design software (e.g. AutoCAD) and calculation software, specifically for each discipline.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in HVAC engineering is required.
• Strong English language skills.
• Eager to learn new capabilities and skills.
• Good understanding of norms and standards related to HVAC.
• Candidate to show problem solving skills, creativity, to show proactivity and analytical skills.
• Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
• To show interest in personal and professional growth, in a challenging, rewarding, and competitive professional environment.
• To be able to perform his/her own quality check and to be conscious around safety in design principles.
  

Nice to have:

• Master’s degree in building services.
• Basic knowledge of Revit MEP.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical (building services) specialized software (Revit, HAP, Design Builder etc.).
• Participation in internships for AEC companies
• Candidate to show out-of-the box thinking to identify any opportunities for automation or innovation.
