Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a multinational company and global leader in the thermal comfort industry, a New Graduate / Junior ICT Analyst to join the Digital Career Program.︈︃︄︈︀︄︍︍ ︂︆︄︅ ︁︁︎︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌

Ariston Group, a multinational company and global leader in sustainable climate and water-comfort solutions, is launching a new edition of its Digital Career Program, designed for final-year students, recent graduates and early-career professionals (0–3 years experience) who aspire to build their path in the Digital and Information Technology areas.

The Digital Career Program is designed for talented students and recent graduates who are eager to start and develop their careers within the digital and IT organization of a multinational company. Participants will support the development of new digital solutions and technologies that enable the company’s digital transformation across multiple business areas, including:

• Sales
• Services
• SAP
• Supply Chain
• Logistics
• Operations
• Finance
• Procurement & Quality

Throughout the program, participants will gain first-hand exposure to the company’s corporate culture and values and will actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Digital Career Program, participants will:

• Attend structured training sessions covering business processes, IT and digital technologies, as well as specific soft skills;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams involved in digital transformation projects;
• Support the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions;
• Gain a solid understanding of how digital processes operate within a multinational environment;
• Be guided and supported by a dedicated tutor throughout the learning and integration process.

After the first 6 months of training, conducted at the company’s premises in Bucharest, each participant will be assigned to a specific ICT function and will contribute to projects related to that area, in close cooperation with the designated tutor. The training will include: business training, digital training, hard/soft skills training and the project has international exposure.

The ICT Analyst role acts as a bridge between IT and business, with the primary objective of understanding operational processes and implementing practical digital solutions within the company’s existing applications.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• University degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or a similar field;
• Strong interest and passion for IT, digital technologies, innovation, and digital transformation;
• Clear ambition to grow into an Analyst or Developer role within a multinational company;
• Proactive, open-minded, and analytical mindset;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent English.
