Purpose of the role:


We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations Admin to support Billing, Settlement, and Change of Tenancy (COT) activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Support billing processes and resolve invoice or system issues
  • Validate meter readings and customer data to ensure billing accuracy
  • Process Change of Tenancy requests across phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and customer queries
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
  • Identify and flag process or data issues


Requirements:


  • ~6+ months experience in admin or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Basic Excel skills
