About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of our company projects. This role ensures that tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and up to established quality standards, while maintaining clear communication across teams Key Responsibilities· Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop, track, and maintain project plans and timelines.· Coordinate project tasks across teams, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and roadblocks.· Assist in identifying potential project risks and resolving issues as they arise.· Collect, document, and clarify business requirements to guide project development.· Partner with development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements and quality delivery.· Leverage modern tools, including AI, to streamline processes and improve workflows.· Maintain up-to-date project documentation, templates, and resources.· Contribute to the creation of project reports to track progress and performance.· Support continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and methodologies.· Facilitate Scrum, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering team collaboration. Required Skills & Experience· Over a year of experience in project management, or a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field if you're new to the role.· Strong organizational, time management, and process optimization skills with keen attention to detail.· Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to empathize and work well in a team environment.· Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documenting project details.· A proactive learner who can thrive both independently and in fast-paced, collaborative settings.· A tech-savvy individual with a passion for software, AI, and innovative technologies.· Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
