Your mission
Your Responsibilities

• Perform project-related quality assurance and control (e.g. Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans) for solar park construction.
• Conduct site quality audits and organize fast resolution of non-conformities (both internal and external).
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely project quality reports.
• Escalate critical issues according to the company’s escalation strategy.
• Conduct on-site inspections during construction, create and monitor punch lists/non-conformity lists until closure.
• Oversee and report commissioning activities, including verification and cross-checks of subcontractor performance.
• Support and execute commissioning on the low-voltage side, in accordance with IEC 62446-1.
• Perform detailed electrical testing such as IV curve measurement, infrared inspection, and electroluminescence.
• Troubleshoot and support site teams in achieving operational readiness.
  

Your profile
Your Profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background but not limited to.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Confident in using common IT tools and systems (MS Office, inspection apps, digital reporting tools).
• Highly motivated, organized, and independent, with strong analytical thinking.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (up to 70%).
• Category B driving license (mandatory).
• Experience in solar, electrical, or construction commissioning is a strong advantage, but not mandatory for motivated juniors.
