• Baue Talent-Pipelines auf: Du identifizierst Talente und baust systematisch Talent-Pools für verschiedene IT-Positionen in Deutschland auf. Du arbeitest eng mit einem adesso Recuitingteam, insbesondere im Thema Direktansprache, in Deutschland zusammen.
• Sprich Talente kreativ an: Für ausgesuchte Positionen sprichst du potenzielle Kandidat:innen professionell an
• Analysiere Zielgruppen-Märkte: Du analysierst Markt-, Firmen- und Wettbewerbsdaten, um deine Suchstrategien zu optimieren.
• Bringe Ideen ein: Du arbeitest im Team daran mit, unseren Talent Pool auszubauen.
• Reporting: Status-Reports und weitere Auswertungen helfen dir und dem Team dabei, den Fortschritt der Projekte transparent zu machen.

DEIN PROFIL

• Qualifikation: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich.
• Research Erfahrung: Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Research, idealerweise bei einer Personalberatung oder als interner Recruiter mit dem Schwerpunkt IT-Positionen, mit.
• Moderne Search Methoden: Du kennst dich mit modernen (auch KI gestützten) Methoden des Active Sourcing zusätzlich zu den klassischen Suchmethoden mit Keywords und Booleschen Operatoren gut aus.
• Kommunikationsstärke und Kreativität: Du bist kontaktfreudig, kommunikationsstark und findest kreative Ansätze, um Talente zu begeistern.
• Motivation und Flexibilität: Es fällt dir leicht, dich auf unterschiedliche Personen einzustellen und du bringst eine Affinität zum Thema IT mit. Zudem kannst du gelegentliche Reisen zu deinem Recruiting Team nach Deutschland einrichten.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir eine sichere Kommunikation.

About adesso Romania

adesso is providing IT delivery, consultancy and software solutions with international teams. The new subsidiary, adesso Romania, is based in Bucharest. It is to begin supporting adesso’s international delivery network (www.adesso-smartshore.com) in staffing and logistical terms effective immediately.

Around 1000 of the more than 12000 employees in the adesso Group already work for customers in Europe at adesso’s SmartShore locations in Turkey, Bulgaria and Spain. Main technology stack is Java, .NET, FE, Mobile App Development, MS Power Platform, and DevOps.

The IT experts work on digitalization projects as part of international project teams. Some of their work is done on-premises at customer locations – especially in the German-speaking countries – but some are also performed through virtual collaboration from adesso’s individual SmartShore offices in Istanbul, Sofia, Barcelona, Madrid, and Jerez.
