We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-growing Romanian team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, coordination and working in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both tech and non-tech roles;

* Support coordination activities for recruiters handling blue-collar recruitment projects;

* Maintain weekly recruitment reports and track recruiters’ performance and hiring results;

* Source, screen and schedule candidates across multiple roles and regions;

* Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process;

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities;

* Ensure recruitment pipelines, ATS systems and candidate databases are consistently updated;

* Assist with recruitment strategy improvements and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

* Advanced English and Romanian language skills (written and spoken);

* Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience covering both blue-collar and white-collar hiring;

* Previous international recruitment experience represents a strong advantage;

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;

* Strong Excel and reporting skills;

* Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;

* Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Upwork;

* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and meet deadlines.
