Your responsibilities

• supporting the sales and business development managers in daily operational and administrative activities 
• creating and maintaining marketing-related content such as blog posts, short articles and client-facing materials 
• writing and managing professional client communications via LinkedIn and other digital channels 
• assisting in lead research and qualification 
• supporting the preparation of presentations and internal documentation 
• collaborating closely with sales management, HR and delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging 
• using collaboration and project tools such as Jira and Confluence to track tasks and initiatives 

Your qualifications 

• student or graduate with a completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Science, Journalism or a related field 
• German language skills at C1 level (spoken and written); English skills are a plus 
• strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and a structured way of working 
• interest in sales, marketing and client interaction, especially in a B2B / IT services environment 
• first experience or strong interest in content creation, marketing or social media communication 
• basic video editing skills are an advantage, but not mandatory
