YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:

o   Provide first-level support for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

o   Create and update reports and dashboards

o   Manage permissions using Profiles, Permission Sets, and Roles

o   Maintain layouts (Page Layouts, Compact Layouts, Lightning Pages)

o   Configure basic rules and processes (Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Auto-Response Rules)

o   Perform data updates and upserts (data manipulation – insert, update, etc.)

WE WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO SEE THAT YOU HAVE:

o  Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

o  Basic understanding of standard objects, relationships, and the Salesforce data model

o  Experience working with reports, dashboards, and folder management

o  Basic knowledge of Profiles, Permission Sets, and Queues

o  Strong communication skills when interacting with non-technical users

o  Attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn continuously

Nice to Have

o  Salesforce Administrator certification

o  Experience with Flows or other automation tools

o  Experience with basic Service Cloud functionalities
