Your Role And Responsibilities
Join us and support a leading global industrial manufacturing client in maintaining and improving SAP ECC systems within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment.
As a Junior SAP Support Consultant (PP/QM), you will work closely with experienced team members to ensure system stability, resolve incidents, and support ongoing business operations. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on SAP expertise in a structured, collaborative environment.
You Will

• Support L1/L2 incident and service request resolution within SAP PP and/or QM
• Perform basic configuration changes, data corrections, and system updates
• Assist with job scheduling and SAP transport management activities
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with guidance from senior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. ABAP, other SAP modules) for system and process improvement
• Participate in testing, deployments, and release validation activities
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience or exposure (min.1+ years) in SAP PP, QM, or PLM (at least one module)
• Understanding of SAP support / AMS environments or similar operational roles
• Basic knowledge of SAP job scheduling and transport management
• Familiarity with data extraction tools (e.g. SQVI)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
• Comfortable using German in a professional work environment
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• ITIL Foundation or understanding of ITSM processes
• Basic knowledge of ABAP or SAP Forms (SmartForms, Adobe, etc.)
