Infra Service Mgmt Specialist (ServiceNow Developer Junior) supports the evolution and optimization of ICT services by contributing to the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, GRC).
• Assist in the customization of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts under the guidance of senior profiles.
• Contribute to the analysis of ICT processes and the identification of improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with ICT, business stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrade, and platform enhancement activities.
• Contribute to technical and functional documentation of implemented solutions.
• Provide first- and second-level application support for developed ServiceNow functionalities.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, XML).
• Introductory knowledge of core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Familiarity with integration concepts using REST/SOAP APIs.
