We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic and agile team. You will be part of a global platform development team, responsible for supporting vehicle diagnostics across a wide network. The platform is deployed worldwide, enabling multilingual authoring in 21 target languages and 5 source languages, while seamlessly integrating into the broader diagnostic tool landscape, including backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining technical requirements and provide guidance during development.
• Help prepare detailed technical specifications for software features.
• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend application software.
• Collaborate in ensuring automated safeguarding of development processes.
• Implement services based on SCRUM methodology.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (conducted in German) and collaborate with the team.

Requirements:

• Some experience in software development in an agile environment (internships, projects, or previous roles welcome).
• Familiarity with Java and related technologies.
• Basic understanding of Eclipse RCP, Oracle, and enterprise-level systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Fluent German language skills are required (all agile project meetings are conducted in German).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and distributed team environment.
