The opportunity
By joining EY, you will have the opportunity to explore a variety of fields, choosing to work in one of the following departments based on your preferences and background:

• Direct Taxes (BTA): Step into a key role assisting with income and corporate tax calculations. You'll support engaging tax consulting projects, participate in collaborative meetings and training sessions, and manage essential internal documents, all while helping clients navigate the complexities of tax legislation..
• Individual Tax Advisory (PAS): Support personal taxation and social security compliance for both domestic and international cases. You'll address inquiries related to expatriate and mobility issues, immigration, compensation and benefits, and international labor law.
• Accounting: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial entries within our local accounting system. Engage in essential tasks such as managing accruals and prepayments, as well as executing month-end and year-end closing operations in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.

What we look for:​

• A keen eye for detail, essential for a career in Tax
• University degree, preferably in Economics / Law
• Individuals who are driven and motivated to embark on a career in professional services
• Fluency in both Romanian and English
• Confidence in Excel
