Main Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Milwaukee power tools, accessories and solutions to end users and distribution partners.
• Deliver product training and educate customers on the performance and safe use of Milwaukee products.
• Support automotive workshops, transportation customers and distribution partners.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Support distribution partners with merchandising and product promotion activities.
• Develop product and application knowledge across Milwaukee's portfolio.
• Represent Milwaukee during customer visits, events and demonstrations.

• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new products and technologies.
• Interest in Automotive, Transportation, Rail, Aviation or Marine industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• English language skills at B2/C1 level (spoken and written).
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Previous experience in technical sales, automotive aftermarket, workshops, industrial products, tools or customer-facing roles will be considered an advantage.

This is a mobile field-based role covering Western Romania. We are particularly interested in candidates located in or near the following cities:
Timișoara, Arad, Reșița, Deva, Satu Mare, Zalău, Oradea and Drobeta-Turnu Severin.
As a Junior Technical Sales Advisor / Field Marketing Executive (FME), you will be responsible for promoting the Milwaukee brand through product demonstrations, training sessions, customer visits, trade shows and industry events within the Automotive & Transportation segment.
This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their commercial or technical career who are passionate about technology, tools, automotive applications and working directly with customers.
