talented & motivated Motion Designer / Video Editor to join the growing team in Bucharest.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative person who loves designing

outstanding and native-looking assets and short videos that make a powerful impact.

This is a full-time job in Bucharest.

Work type: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Responsibilities

● Edit short-form videos (UGC & Commercial) for different verticals across channels;

● Optimize video content for different platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube;

● Source music and sound effects from a subscription library;

● Collaborate with the team on concept developments and scripts;

● Perform the full range of editing work, including splicing, sound balancing, color correction,

and color grading;

● Analyze the results of videos on various platforms and improve them based on this data.

Requirements:

● Deep understanding & experience with AE, PS, AI & PR;

● Outstanding showreel;

● Experience in creating videos for social media such as Facebook and TikTok;

● Ability to work in a large team;

● English proficiency in speaking and writing;

● Experience in working with 3D software such as Maya or 3DS Max - a big plus;

● Experience working on UGC videos - a big plus;

● Hands-on experience using AI creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Gemeni, Sora, Flow, Midjourney,

Runway, Firefly, Pika, Weavy) to produce real-world marketing assets - a big plus;

● Proven ability to integrate AI into end-to-end creative workflows, refining outputs with strong

creative judgment into polished, performance-ready designs showcased across resume and

portfolio - a big plus.
