Responsibilities:
Legal role:

• Draft, evaluate, and manage both international and local employment contracts
• Research on international legislations towards employment law
• Ensure compliance with applicable international and local labour laws
• Advise international clients on employment law questions
• Support management with day-to-day legal advice
• Provide legal and HR support for day-to-day business operations
• Support Sales on the contracts with the international accountants / payroll companies
• Coordinate legal cases in cooperation with abroad local attorneys
• Contribute to GDPR meetings, compliance processes and initiatives
• Draft and develop Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal documentation

Local manager role:

• Supervise KPIs and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
• Offer guidance and coaching to staff, contributing to professional development
• Contribute actively to the management and organization of the local office
• Lead, guide, and support the local team in legal and HR-related activities
• Workload monitor, resource planning

Requirements:

• University degree in Law (mandatory), with strong expertise in employment law and HR
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and/or operational management
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is an advantage
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR practices, and regulatory environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site in Arad (remote work is not available)
