Job description:

Primary responsibilities

• Administration and configuration of Kantata PSA
• User, security and master data management
• Pricing and rate card administration
• Resource management configuration (skills, availability, capacity, calendars, etc.)
• Reporting and dashboard maintenance
• First and second line user support
• Release and configuration management
• Documentation and governance
• User Training (new starters post go-live)
• Salesforce responsibilities (second line/absence cover)
• User administration
• Permission management
• Reports and dashboards
• Data quality
• Basic configuration changes
• Business support for Sales Cloud users 

Integration oversight

• The role would not be expected to develop integrations but should understand and monitor the interfaces between:
• Kantata •Salesforce Sales Cloud •NetSuite •SuccessFactors •Celigo, including monitoring interface health, investigating failures, validating data synchronisation, proactively managing mappings and coordinating with technical support teams where required.

Skills and Experience ideally the individual would have:

• Salesforce Administration experience
• Enterprise SaaS application administration experience
• Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience (Kantata, Mavenlink, Certinia, Kimble, OpenAir etc.)
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Understanding of resource management and commercial processes
• Experience supporting Finance and Sales users
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations and middleware
