Storage period: your data will be kept by LACTALIS ROMANIA for the duration of the recruitment and selection process. If the recruitment and selection process end with the conclusion of the individual employment contract, the personal data collected during the recruitment and selection process will be transferred to the personnel file and will be kept according to the requirements of the labor legislation. If the recruitment and selection process does not result in an employment contract, we will keep your personal data for a period of 1 year after the end of the recruitment and selection process.
