QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Company is a leading telecommunication operator in the CEE region, Turkey, Caucasus, MiddleEast and beyond. It provides a full range of Internet/data services, infrastructure and wholesale voice services to incumbents, alternative carriers, mobile operators, cable TV companies, Internet service providers and corporate customers.
Currently we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person
for the following role:
Key Account Executive
Main Purpose of the Job
Realizing the sales of products and services in line with International sales strategy, in order to achieve the agreed sales target and with the objective of increasing market share and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial relationship of assigned national partners.
- Contract new and existing services to meet/exceed company revenue targets for assigned partners.
- Develop new opportunities in line with business development strategies.
- Take overall responsibility for assigned partners services, including: implementation, service and billing related issues.
- Develop and support the sales team’s goals in achieving the Sales Team Target and objectives.
- Answer all allocated customer requests and inquiries in the set deadlines.
- Support and contribute to the overall company goals.
- Participate in training sessions, pass tests and achieve required results related to these training sessions.
- Handle all reporting tasks requested by his/her superiors; respect the deadlines imposed.
- Follow the requests, suggestions and requirements of his/her superiors when it comes to direct interactions within the organizations or outside the organization, with the customers.
Required skills and competencies
- Bachelor / Master degree, preferably in Commerce / Economy
- 3+ years experience in Telecommunication sales
- Understanding of telco B2B industry and products
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and customer focused approach
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to deal with requests from international customers
- User level of MS applications
- English (fluent) is a must, any other EMEA language is a plus
