We’re expanding in Romania and looking for a driven Key Account Manager to grow our sales in the HVAC and construction market. If you’re passionate about technical products and building lasting customer relationships — this role is for you.💡

What you’ll do:

• Drive new business and grow key accounts
• Hit sales targets and identify new opportunities
• Analyze the market and build strong customer relationships
• Elevate our brand presence
• Work closely with internal teams and support marketing activities
• Maintain CRM reports and stay proactive in the sales process
• Travel across the region as needed

What you bring:

• 3+ years in active sales of fastening systems, pipeline systems, pipe insulation, or construction-related technical products
• 2+ years of experience with key accounts
• Romanian C2 + good English
• Strong technical and negotiation skills, high motivation, customer-first mindset
• Category B driving license
