ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Leading Electronics Company, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team in Romania:
Key Account Manager (6150/KAM/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of key client accounts.
- Identify and develop business growth opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new sales opportunities to negotiating and successfully closing deals.
- Monitor commercial KPIs including sales performance, promotional activity levels, and market share across product categories.
- Track and report the status of accounts, opportunities, and ongoing deals.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales forecasts by account and by product.
- Continuously monitor the market and update information regarding competition, pricing, and industry trends.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and partners and promote the company’s image and interests.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information and disclose it only to authorized personnel.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Manager or sales role, preferably within the consumer electronics or IT distribution industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
