Role Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and overseeing account strategies. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with clients to understand their needs, aligning products and services to meet their expectations, and identifying growth opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Afumaţi.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities for identifying opportunities and achieving targets effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage client interactions and close deals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the home appliances or housewares industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
