Key Account Manager Cersanit Romania


We are looking to hire a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Romania. This role is for an experienced sales professional who can build positive customer relationships and achieve sales targets. The KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER will be responsible for sales in East or West Romania with the existing in the field of bathroom trade / bathroom products wholesale.


We are looking for two candidates for Key Account Manager positions, covering two regions East and West.


Key responsibilities:

Existing customers:

• Build long-lasting customer relations

• Deliver sales campaigns that grow Cersanit’s market share and hit sales targets

• Regularly visit existing customers to provide them with an ongoing support

• Introduction of new product developments

• Effectively facilitate operational challenges between the customers and the factories

• Provide regular sales reports and communicate data to the Sales Director, as per Company’s standards.

New customers:

• Drive the development of the winning new sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director

• Deliver an effective acquisition of new Customers

• Prepare and present product offerings and sales presentations using agreed templates.

• Facilitate new Customer onboarding, collaborating with the Customer Helpdesk


Essential skills and requirements:

• Three years' experience in a similar position in Romania

• Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with customers

• Knowledge and experience of sales and negotiation techniques

• Fluency in English

• Driving licence cat. B & willingness to work throughout Romania, available for travels 2 or 3 weeks per month

• Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Strong interpersonal skills such as self-motivation, inspiration, outgoing, team-work, high reliability and superior organisational skills
