For our Affiliate in Romania, we are recruiting a

Key account manager – Eye care.

Main Responsibilities:

• Effective promotion of the entrusted Fidia eye care portfolio to experts, opinion leaders, medical practitioners
• Organizing, preparing and conducting substantive training for doctors
• Representing Fidia during congresses, conferences, trainings in Romania and abroad
• Implement the Fidia strategy according to the individual preparations
• Preparing, implementing and executing promotional and sales activities for a designated portfolio
• Building Fidia's value and competitive advantage based on medical and product knowledge
• Implementation of tasks in accordance with the set promotional and sales goals
• Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of undertaken tasks, maximization of work effects and return on investment
• Creating and updating a database of indicated entities, co-creating CRM and reporting of performed activities - on time and in accordance with the company's standards

Requirements:

• Experience in managing and developing relationships with existing customers, especially pharmacies and distributors
• Ability to monitor and ensure adequate stock levels to meet product demand
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience coordinating contract follow-up and facilitating communication between purchasing, logistics, administration, and billing teams
• Skills in identifying and implementing solutions to improve stock rotation and ensure continuity of product supply
• Proactive sales mindset
• Capability to maintain and update customer databases with relevant and accurate information
• Ability to prepare and communicate commercial information to sales teams and distributors
• Knowledge of merchandising and trade marketing, including proposing actions to stimulate product sales in pharmacies and distributors
• Analytical ability to evaluate campaign performance and propose solutions to optimize costs, profitability, and address customer issues promptly
• Fluency in Romanian and good English skills both written and spoken
