Key Responsibilities
Develop accounts through upselling, new services, and commercial projects.
Create and implement customer development plans.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet contractual commitments and SLAs.
Monitor customer satisfaction, contribution margins, and profitability.
Anticipate industry trends and proactively propose solutions.
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and escalation management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Finance or Sales Management is an advantage.
Relevant sales and/or business development experience 1-3 years represent an advantage.
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
Solid operational knowledge and experience in logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
Strategic, proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
Assertive, self-confident, and comfortable taking calculated risks.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
