About the Role
As our Key Account Sales Manager, you’ll be the energetic, extroverted face of CulinaryON for our most important clients. You’ll nurture and grow strategic accounts, ensuring our events exceed expectations and continue to delight. If you're a dedicated team player who loves to connect, communicate, and celebrate wins - this is your chance to shine.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Build and sustain deep, trust-based relationships with key client accounts
- Identify new opportunities and upsell across our event portfolio (CulinaryON, WineOn, etc.)
- Collaborate with our studio, operations, and creative teams to craft customized proposals
- Serve as a confident and compassionate problem-solver and client advisor
- Negotiate contracts with clarity and care
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and ensure smooth event delivery
- Achieve and exceed account growth and revenue targets
Who You Are
Must-Have Qualities:
- People-person to the core: extroverted, communicative, and polite
- Proven sales or key account management skills, preferably in events, hospitality, or related fields
- Engaging, self-driven and dedicated; you take your work seriously, but love laughter along the way
- Team player: collaborative, positive, and always ready to jump in
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Organized, client-focused, and goal-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Bilingual or multilingual: Romanian and English fluency is a major plus
- Experience in high-touch, client-facing environments
