Key Responsabilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned key accounts.
- Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to understand evolving needs and to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate client needs and provide competitive insights.
- Prepare regular reports on account activity, project progress, and client feedback for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver seamless service.
- Participate in product development discussions to incorporate client feedback and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or graduate's degree in business / management, economics or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Based in Bucharest but with the possibility / flexibility for non-recurrent travel around the country (approximately 20%).
- Be commercially proactive and goal oriented in selling SIBS products/services to new clients.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and motivation.
- Good command of English.
- Team player.
- Ability to meet deadlines / deliver numbers in sales.
