We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Bucharest, with a strong B2B sales background, strategic mindset, and a results-oriented approach, ready to develop strategic client accounts and actively contribute to business growth. In this role, you will have autonomy in managing accounts, a direct impact on revenue, and responsibility for client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor in HR services.
- Identify client needs and present Adecco’s service solutions effectively.
- Plan and execute sales activities, propose and negotiate commercial offers.
- Expand client portfolio and drive business growth within assigned accounts.
- Monitor account performance and propose improvement plans for service delivery.
- Participate in tenders and negotiations, representing Adecco in front of clients and relevant authorities when required.
- Track and report on performance indicators and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality client experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and reporting standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Solid experience in B2B sales – minimum 4 years
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
