We have a professional path for you:

Key Account Manager CNS for Cluj region (Cluj, Sibiu, Bistrita, Satu Mare, Salaj).

Your role will be to partner with the specialty doctors helping them resolve treatment barriers and inspiring them to provide the best health solutions for the patients. You will be involved in transformation of CNS and neurology patient care in Romania and will contribute to further success and growth of Swixx Biopharma in the respective region. You will support patient journey optimization for different diseases and closely collaborate with healthcare professionals within assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with health care professionals - key accounts and key external experts
• Strengthen healthcare ecosystem networking to optimize patient journey
• Support scientific knowledge transfer for various innovative and life transformative medicines
• Orchestrate in-field activity within assigned territory and contribute to national strategic plan
• Achieve team’s goals while ensuring the optimum customer experience
• Identify barriers and opportunities for CNS and Neurology area through deep customer insight and knowledge aiming for positive impact
• Use multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of the omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with other Swixx departments to increase impact and improve productivity

Your profile

• Leadership mindset, flexibility and self-drive
• Strategic thinking, result focus and urgency to act
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• University degree – preferable medicine or life science
• At least 10 years’ experience on sales position in pharma industry, preferably in multinational company
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail field is a strong advantage
• Experience in CNS and Neurology field will be taken as an advantage
• Scientific information and health economic data and insights management
• A valid driving license - B category
• Fluency of English language
• Good computer literacy
