We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Food Service Key Account Manager to join the team of one of our partners – a growing company in the food & hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, client activation, and building long-term business relationships. This role focuses on managing and developing key B2B accounts within the HoReCa and Pastry segments, driving growth, client satisfaction, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key clients in the food service, HoReCa, and pastry sectors;
• Identify and activate new business opportunities and partnerships;
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients;
• Negotiate contracts, monitor account performance, and ensure top-quality service;
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs;
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer insights within the food service and pastry markets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Account or Sales role within the food service, HoReCa, or pastry/confectionery industry;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client portfolios;
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken);
• Availability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
