We are recruiting for our client on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for a dynamic Sales / Key Account Manager to drive growth in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and promote innovative healthcare solutions to hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple organizational levels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Travel frequently (up to 40%+) to meet clients and expand market presence.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as needed.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Driving license preferred.
