Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for defined Key Accounts in your region (Eastern Europe).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across multiple levels and functions.
- Secure growth by maintaining current customers and developing new business opportunities.
- Own the opportunity funnel for your region and drive projects, quotations and contract management.
- Act as the main point of contact for executive management, procurement, product development, and operations.
- Align closely with Product Management and Strategic Marketing to prepare winning proposals and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, finance) to resolve customer-related matters.
- Report and represent customer requirements toward the Business Lines.
- Develop account strategies for key international automotive and electronics customers.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar.
- 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager in an industrial environment (automotive and/or electronics manufacturing).
- Proven track record in electronics (ideally automotive) and customer engagement.
- Experience working with diverse sales channels such as inside sales or distribution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, German would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPF, PPAP) is an advantage.
- Availability to travel 50–60% of the time, both locally and internationally.
