Key Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Current field sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and gross profit targets
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Willingness to travel for regular partner visits

About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to develop business through an assigned portfolio of B2B channel partners while expanding the partner ecosystem. This is a field sales role for a results-driven professional with solid IT B2B experience, comfortable with regular partner visits, business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Management and Presales teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing reseller accounts within an assigned portfolio
• Recruit new partners and expand the active partner ecosystem
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the channel
• Drive sell-in and sell-out initiatives in close collaboration with partners
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
• Conduct regular partner visits and structured business reviews
• Work closely with Product Management and Presales teams
• Organise and fulfil field activities with a minimum of 30 partners per month
