Key Account Manager Hematology-Oncology for West region (located in Timisoara)
Your role will be to partner with the specialty doctors helping them resolve treatment barriers and inspiring them to provide the best health solutions for the patients. You will be involved in promotion of range of innovative products in Romania and contribute to further success and growth of Swixx Biopharma. You will build different product brands, closely cooperate with Healthcare professionals, implement and monitor different programs and activities within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with health care professionals - key accounts and key external experts
- Promotion of product/s within the territory in line with account plans
- Orchestrate in-field activity to achieve sales results and specified targets
- Achieve team’s goals while ensuring the optimum customer experience
- Implement tactical plans/projects in order to maximize the value of the brand(s) through life cycle management
- Identify barriers and opportunities for the relevant and specific disease area through deep customer insight and local knowledge
- Use multichannel tools in daily practice and support the implementation of the multichannel marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with other Swixx departments and distributors to find most effective way of increasing impact and improve productivity
Essential Job Requirements
Education
- University degree – preferable medicine or life science (dental medicine, biology, veterinary, pharmacy)
Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales & account management position in pharma industry, preferably in multinational company
- Experience in Hematology / Oncology field will be taken as an advantage
Knowledge and expertise
- Proven ability to understand, assimilate and communicate scientific information and Health Economic data/insights
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and customer knowledge
- Good computer literacy
- A valid driving license -B category
- Fluency of English language
