Role Description

This is a full-time position located in Timisoara, Romania. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, developing business plans, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves monitoring client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service delivery, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to meet sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the following counties: Timis, Arad, Hunedoara, Bihor, Caras Severin, Mehedinti.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales in the Medical Field (min. 3 yrs), expertise in Medical Devices sales is a plus
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to create effective Business Plans
• Experience and commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a professional team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in the medical or healthcare equipment industry is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Romanian; additional languages are an advantage
• Driving License cat. B (min 3 yrs experience)
