🔍 What you will do in this role

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with key retail clients, ensuring long-term, sustainable growth
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and product mix
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, aligned with company objectives and targets
• Plan and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Drive new product listings and optimize the product portfolio within key accounts
• Plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring strong visibility and return on investment
• Monitor contract performance, financial results, and in-store execution
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions

✅ What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG / food industry is a plus)
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Business understanding of commercial KPIs and retail dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Advanced digital skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Advanced English & Romanian
