Key Account Manager – DIY Chains (Building Materials)

Doladela Company SRL, Romanian manufacturer of steel building components, is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with DIY store chains.

The focus will be on:

• Drywall metal profiles
• Fence systems
• Exterior steel storage units
• Cable tray systems

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and grow partnerships with DIY chains
• Negotiate listings, pricing, and annual agreements
• Develop private label opportunities
• Expand product listings and improve category performance
• Align forecasts with production and logistics
• Monitor market and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Experience working with DIY chains or modern retail
• Strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of building materials
• Commercial mindset with focus on margins and volumes
• Romanian and English required
