We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) – Field to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key retail partners, coordinating merchandising activities in the field, and supporting the implementation of commercial strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize the field merchandising team

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the retail network

• Monitor competitors’ commercial policies and market activities

• Identify field issues, opportunities, and operational needs

• Implement promotional and merchandising activities in stores

• Participate in commercial and sales meetings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Contribute to the development and expansion of the merchandising network

🔹 Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising

• Experience in field sales or key account management

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
