We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager in the industrial sector, preferably with a background in protective packaging (EPS/Foam), to strengthen our presence in Romania and in surrounding countries within a 500 km radius of our Timișoara production site. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, and Italian is a strong plus.Main responsibilities: Develop and manage commercial relationships with distributors and raw material converters and brand awareness activity with medium-to-large end customers. Identify and collaborate with local converters who can take over direct relationships with end customers. Actively scout for end-users of industrial packaging with protective material requirements. Promote innovative paper-based materials and technologies designed to replace current plastic-based packaging solutions, supporting the Group’s sustainability goals. Actively participate in the International Account Management Team on the territory (currently 3 active strategic clients). Cover the Romanian market and neighboring countries within a 500 km radius of Timișoara.Requirements: Experience in the industrial sector, preferably in protective packaging (EPS/Foam). Strong knowledge of B2B commercial management and industrial market dynamics. Ability to engage with decision-makers from structured companies and local operators. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
