Role Summary
As a Key Account Manager you will promote and sell Edenred products and services to the new corporate customers.
Impact of the Role
This role plays a key part in Edenred’s growth strategy by:
- Revenue Growth: Drives increased sales by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing ones, significantly boosting company revenue.
- Client Retention: Strengthens customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction and retention for long-term partnerships and stability.
- Market Adaptability: Ensures competitiveness by monitoring industry trends and adjusting strategies to meet client needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach (according to company allocation/segmentation) within the assigned geographical region: Timisoara, Arad, Caras- Severin.
· Manages the relationship with clients in the portfolio;
· Identifies opportunities to sell the company’s products and services (cross-sell, up-sell) to portfolio clients by contacting them (via phone, email, online meetings, or face-to-face meetings); informs other members of the commercial
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
· Negotiates or renegotiates specific contractual terms with portfolio clients, in collaboration with the direct manager and in compliance with applicable legislation and internal company procedures;
· Prepares and delivers analyses and reports regarding the managed client portfolio;
· Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
· Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager in the NV area and Regional Strategic Manager.
· Track sales metrics and report on performance to management.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
