We are currently looking for an Key Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business team in Romania, based in Bucharest.


Your Role

As an Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing strategic enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on large organizations and public sector clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts within target verticals, particularly large enterprises and public sector organizations
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, ensuring long-term partnership development
  • Drive solution-based selling by identifying client needs and positioning tailored ICT and infrastructure solutions
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including participation in tender-based procurement processes
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution, and technical teams to design and deliver high-value solutions
  • Prepare sales strategies, vertical market guidelines, and solution positioning materials
  • Ensure delivery of sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor, strengthening Huawei’s brand and presence within strategic accounts


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (IT, Engineering, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in ICT, IT infrastructure, or hardware environments
  • Proven track record in selling hardware solutions such as storage, servers, or data center technologies
  • Strong experience managing public sector accounts (government, healthcare, education, agencies)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, partners)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Romanian
  • Willingness to travel across Romania (and occasionally abroad)
