For one of our established partners in the construction materials sector, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who can drive commercial growth across both B2B and B2C channels, building strong and sustainable partnerships.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role, with direct responsibility for revenue growth and portfolio development.

What you will contribute to:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts (B2B & B2C)
• Building long-term partnerships with distributors, contractors and end clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence
• Negotiating commercial terms and managing pricing discussions
• Promoting a portfolio that includes construction materials and solvent-based products
• Ensuring close collaboration with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations).

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B & B2C Sales in construction materials, chemicals, or related technical industries
• University degree in Construction, Engineering, Chemistry or a related technical field
• Strong technical understanding of products and their applications
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset
• Very good English.

This role is suited for a commercially mature professional who combines technical expertise with strong ownership and autonomy in managing a diverse client portfolio.
