PIATRAONLINE, Romania’s leading natural stone and architectural materials company, is hiring a Key Account Manager (B2B Sales / Business Development) to accelerate growth across Romania and international markets.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience in construction materials, building materials, architectural products, specification sales, or project-based B2B sales.

Founded in 2007, PIATRAONLINE is Romania’s #1 natural stone supplier, delivering premium materials for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
We collaborate with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and real estate investors, supporting projects from specification stage to final delivery.
As part of our 2026 Go-To-Market Strategy, we are expanding our B2B and project sales division.
Core Responsibilities
• Key Account Management – manage and grow strategic B2B accounts (architects, A&D firms, developers, contractors)
• Business Development – identify, prospect, and activate new clients in construction & real estate
• Project Sales – manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
• Specification Selling – position materials during project planning phase
• Pipeline Management – track opportunities in CRM, forecast revenue, manage reporting
• Technical & Commercial Coordination – collaborate with design, logistics, and pricing teams
• Field Sales – client meetings, site visits, presentations
Required Experience & Skills (SEO Optimized)
• 3–7+ years experience in B2B Sales / Key Account Management / Business Development
• Experience in Construction, Building Materials, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate Development, or Technical Products
• Strong background in consultative selling / solution selling
• Experience managing complex B2B pipelines and enterprise-level accounts
• English – fluent (mandatory)
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or equivalent)
• Advanced Excel / reporting skills
• Ability to read technical drawings (DWG / CAD literacy – advantage)
• Network within A&D (Architects & Designers) or Real Estate sector – strong plus
