ResponsIbilities?
- Develop our KA IC Strategy and business by working closely in partnership with international customers, comprehending their requirements.
- Deliver performance over market trends by coordinating and leading negotiation with assigned customers.
- Understand the customer's short and long term strategic and financial objectives.
- Develop action plans based on customer & shopper insights (performance, trends, competition) to achieve business category targets.
- Plan and manage key account budgets to ensure that all resources are used in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular customer business reviews
- Drive the implementation and the embedding of customer P&L usage/customer/channels.
- Establish margin, promotions, terms, and conditions efficiently and effectively.
- Increase product incidence in customers
- Design & execute successful marketing campaigns in collaboration with other functions
Are these your secret ingredients?
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience in FMCG
- Proven experience in Out of Home channel (Key Accounts / E-Comm knowledge)
- Effective skills of financial reasoning & data analysis.
- Proven abilities to build effective x-functional relationships and customer loyalty.
- Selling skills and effective negotiation.
- Driving license.
- Advanced level of English
- Bachelor's degree.
