Provide exceptional customer support in German and English through voice, chat, and email. Assist a diverse range of customers while delivering outstanding service. In this fully remote role, you'll work as a Kundenberater specializing in Kundenbetreuung from the comfort of your Homeoffice.

What You'll Do

• Assist Customers: Provide exceptional support via inbound calls, chat, and email in Deutsch und Englisch.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of remote customer service or customer support experience.
• Previous bilingual customer support experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in both German (Deutsch) and English.

• Personal PC or laptop with a minimum Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) processor.
• Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
