In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence, managing KYC requests, and supporting the legal team with administrative and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive due diligence on new and existing counterparties in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Handle incoming KYC requests related to Kartesia's structure.
• Evaluate risk profiles and escalate red flags in accordance with internal escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date KYC files and ensure all records meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee legal documentation workflows, including signature coordination (DocuSign, notarisation, apostille), and assist with day-to-day legal and admin tasks such as bank account openings.
• Stay informed of developments in AML, KYC, and CDD regulations, ensuring compliance in all legal and corporate processes.
• Liaise effectively with investment, operations, and legal teams to support a seamless and integrated compliance approach.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in KYC, AML, or compliance within the financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of relevant regulations and best practices in financial crime prevention.
• Familiarity with the European regulatory framework is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and KYC tools (e.g., World Check).
