Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an L1 IT Customer Support Specialist with proficiency in both French and English. The role involves providing first-level IT support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users on resolving problems. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining network and information systems, ensuring network security, and delivering excellent customer service. Collaboration with teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues is an integral part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication in both French and English
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in IT customer support or related roles is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications in IT or networking are a plus
  • Ability to work remotely and effectively as part of a global team
