These will be your responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice for all cases specific to HR department;
• Draft, prepare, and review contracts, internal documents and other legal documents;
• Keep records and be responsible for the physical and electronic archiving of contracts, company documents and, in general, all legal documents to which the company is a party;
• Provide legal advice for any situation assigned;
• Regularly review legislative programs and apply the legal norms in force at the time of drafting documents/providing legal advice;
• Monitor the tracking and centralization of contracts in which the company is a party and of the legal documents belonging to the company;
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts in which the company is to become a party and prepare drafts of such contracts, ensuring their legal compliance;
• Supervise and complete the necessary legal formalities in the process of obtaining authorizations, licenses, approvals, permits, and any other documents necessary for the legality of the Company's activity;
• Report to the higher management any illegality or deviation from the applicable norms observed concerning the company's activities;
• Monitor the status, keep records, and centralize legal case files in which the company is a party, and coordinate the reception, verification, and signing of any legal documents;
• Collaborate and continuously communicate with the company's departments to resolve any uncertainties or issues.

It’s necessary that you come up with:

• Bachelor's degree in law;
• Previous experience of 5 years as a legal advisor;
• Experience in providing legal advice on Labor Law matters;
• Advanced written and spoken English skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
• Negotiation, persuasion, mediation and conflict resolution skills.
