We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our growing Quality Team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC Department, ideally within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory and on-site testing of construction materials, including concrete, soil, steel, asphalt, and bentonite.
• Collect, prepare, and test samples according to applicable standards and procedures.
• Record test results accurately and prepare laboratory test documentation.
• Report test results, non-conformities, and observations to the Chief Laboratory and the Quality Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality plans, and Romanian technical standards.
• Assist in calibration, maintenance, and proper use of laboratory equipment.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality control activities.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Technical school or vocational education in construction, materials, or a related field.
• Accredited to perform tests on concrete, soil, steel, asphalt, and bentonite.
• Previous experience in a construction laboratory is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction material testing procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on a construction site.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage; Romanian language is required.
